Return & Refund Policy

At DEWROOT, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we have the following return policy in place.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original sealed packaging

  • In resalable condition

To initiate a return, please email us at dewroot.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened facial masks

  • Used skincare products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund
